K3 Visa

This visa is granted to already-married spouses of U.S. citizens who intend to enter the U.S., while they apply for lawful permanent residence status, via an adjustment petition.

You qualify for a K-3 visa if you are legally married to a U.S. citizen and intend to await approval of a green card petition and lawful permanent residence.
