Family Visas

Family visas allow foreign nationals to be reunited with their family members within the United States. There are different visas appropriate based on the applicant’s relation to the person in the U.S.

• K-1 Visa: A Fiancee visa for foreign citizens planning to marry
• K-2 Visa: A visa for children under 21, whose parent holds a K-1
• K-3 Visa: A visa for already married spouses of U.S. citizens who apply for Green Cards
• K-4 Visa: A visa for children under 21, whose parent holds a K-3
